Ann- Full Time Front Office Administrator
Ann is originally from “The Windy City” of Chicago and re-located to Cleveland in 2005. She attended Blue Island Beauty School and is currently a licensed cosmetologist. She has been a part of The Winn Smiles team since November 2007 working as a front office administrator. She lives in Cleveland, TN with her husband Dan and their two children Brad and Brooke. When not a work, my true passion is cooking and entertaining. "I may be the Next Food Network Star!" Sunday is spent on the river boating with our friends who are our family here.One thing about Ann, you have to know- she knows everyone! She has this way about her that makes you feel like you have known her all your life. Talk about feeling comfortable when you walk into the office and as you leave. She is the BEST! Feel confident that she will answer all of your questions and if there are any, she will urge you to call her back!

Sarah - Part- Time Front Office Administrator
Originally for the “Cheese Head State” of Wisconsin, Sarah moved to Cleveland, TN over three years ago from Chicago, IL where she studied Clinical Massage Therapy at the SOMA Institute; graduating as a Certified Clinical Massage Therapist. Sarah’s been a part of Dr. Brad and the team since June 2007 working as their Front Office Administrator. Sarah and Corey have a beautiful daughter, Avery who just recently celebrated her 1st birthday in November! When not at the office, they enjoy boating, hiking, camping, working out, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Brooke - Part-time Front Office
Brooke currently attends Lee University, majoring in Pre-Med. She is heavily involved in Cleveland’s community through several clubs and organizations including Interact, BETA club, Anchor Club, and she is a Rotary Youth Leader. Brooke plans on becoming a pediatrician, and loves being involved in the medical field. She is a volunteer at Skyridge Medical Center and is involved in the Health Occupational Students of American (HOSA) club of Cleveland High School. Brooke is also a member of the Model United Nations. In her free time she enjoys being at the lake with friends.

Misty - Expanded Dental Assistant
Misty is a local girl and graduate from Bradley Central High School, Class of 1992. She has two stepsisters, Kelley Harris and Bianca Harris-Hindman. She has a half brother, Tanner Harris who is 20 years younger. She enjoys spending time with her family and her new dog that gets along with all other neighbors animals. You will have to ask her the story when you come in.
Misty received her dental training and certification through Dent Ed Online and Chattanooga State Community College. She enjoys reading, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

Amy - Registered Dental Hygienist, Marketing Consultant
Amy calls Northern Maine her home where her family still resides. She graduated from the University of Maine in Business Marketing, earning her first degree. She met her husband, Mike while he was stationed in Maine, at Loring Air Force Base. They were married and moved to Aiken, SC, where they resided for 7 years. She received her second degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of SC. In 2001, Amy and her husband relocated to Cleveland, TN and in 2004 their beautiful daughter, Adelynne Marie, was born. Amy loves being "your" personal hygienist. Winn Smiles Marketing Consultant. Her ultimate LOVE is for her family and never taking family or life for granted.

Mindy, Registered Dental Hygienist 
Mindy moved to Cleveland, TN in 2002 from Parsons, TN. She is a registered Dental Hygienist and has an associate's degree of Applied Science from Northeast Mississippi Community College. She has been through Advanced Dental Hygiene, Las Vegas Institute, and Fortune Management, these learned skills she uses as a part of dental hygiene daily. Mindy enjoys working out, playing in the pool or river, hanging out with her husband and son Cole (her best pal)

Stacy - Registered Dental Hygienist
Stacy graduated from Chattanooga State Technical Community College in 1997 with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing in the Cleveland area since then. Stacy has recently accepted Jimmy's proposal and we are so happy for them both! In her free time she enjoys shopping, traveling, and the computer (aka the internet). Franklin is their 7 year old little baby, a styling shitzu, with a closet full of outfits for every occasion.

Krissy - Registered Dental Assistant
Krissy was born just south of here in Dalton, Georgia. She attended Dalton State College during her Junior and Senior year in High School and Chattanooga State College where she received her Dental Assisting degree. She attended Northwest Whitfield High School in Tunnel Hill, Georgia. She was married in Jamaica on the beach to Casey, her high school sweetheart. Krissy enjoys being at the river where she can wakeboard, ski, and swim. She loves most of all spending time with her family, especially her daughter, Kinna. Her favorite football team is the Georgia Bulldogs. Krissy is dedicated to everything she commits to, including working here at Winn Smiles. Her fun personality makes everyone smile. She loves Krissy loves working at Winn Smiles because it is a friendly and supportive environment.

Erica - Registered Dental Assistant
Erica is originally from the lone star state of Texas, but has grown up here in Tennessee. She graduated from Bradley Central High School in 2004, then attended Cleveland State before receiving her Dental Assisting certification from Chattanooga State in 2007. Erica married her high school sweetheart, Bryan in 2008, and their children right now consist of a miniature pinscher and four boxers. Erica is a huge football fan, enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and spoiling her dogs.

Laura - Registered Dental Hygienist
Laura is originally from Cleveland, TN. She graduated from Walker Valley High School in 2004. After receiving her Dental Assisting Certificate from Chattanooga State Community College in 2007, she then continued on to graduate with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2009. On January 16, 2010 Laura married her high school sweetheart Patrick and they now reside in McDonald, TN. Laura and Patrick are expecting their first child Laura enjoys singing in the Candies Creek Baptist Church choir, being on the river, spending time with family and friends, and most of all spoiling her 3 adorable dogs!

Shannon is one of six children. She was born and raised in Athens, TN, where she just bought her first home. Shannon went to school at Chattanooga State Technical School for Dental Assisting. She graduated on the Dean’s list in 2009. Shannon loves to spend time with her family and friends, but most of all with her beautiful daughter Gracie Ray.

Berea - Front Office Administrator
Berea is thrilled to be one of the newest members of our team. She was born and raised in the resort area of Lake Guntersville, AL, which is known for its breathtaking scenery. Guntersville was even recognized as “The Best Lake in Alabama”! She has been an administrative assistant for over thirteen years and finds joy in providing exceptional customer service for our patients. Berea recently relocated to Cleveland and loves spending time with her three year old son, Jayston, who is absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to her! She enjoys fun activities, wedding planning and catering, and going out with family and friends.
